First 20 stewards

For the fathers who need this to finally exist.

Stewards are early contributors who test, guide, moderate, write, build, and open doors while helping keep Kernion safe and useful. The first circle is for people who can help fathers trust the product and the community around it.

Why stewards matter

Three things a steward carries.

Help a father stay steady

Point men toward the product, practical resources, and calm next steps instead of panic or spectacle.

Make the product trustworthy

Test the real flows, name the friction, and help turn hard moments into clearer tools.

Protect early community spaces

Keep early community spaces lawful, child-safe, evidence-minded, and useful for serious people.

Ways to carry the work

Choose the lane where you can be useful.

Product tester

Use real journal, timeline, vault, and export flows; report what breaks trust or slows a father down.

Builder

Ship small fixes, review UX, improve onboarding, or harden launch tooling with tests.

Editorial desk

Write guides, founder letters, and public pattern pieces that help without exposing private cases.

Moderation and safety

Keep the rooms free of doxxing, threats, case dumping, spam, and speculation.

Partner outreach

Open serious doors to fatherhood groups, legal aid, creators, clinicians, and civic allies.

Launch readiness

Review public wording, claims, and safety blockers so growth stays lawful and product-first.

The standard

A steward makes the room safer, clearer, and more useful.

This is not a place for revenge, spectacle, or token chatter. It is a place to build proof, help men stay steady, and keep children out of public conflict.

After you submit

A person reads every note. We aim to reply within 7 days. If we're a fit, a short conversation before anything else.

How the application works

Who should apply
Fathers, builders, writers, moderators, legal or policy people, clinicians, creators, and partner allies who can stay calm and useful.
What happens next
Applications are reviewed privately. If there is a fit, we follow up by email and set a short onboarding conversation before any work begins.
Commitment
Start with a few focused hours a month. Some lanes may become deeper, but nobody is pushed into public work without context.

Guardrails that make the work possible

  • No doxxing, threats, harassment, or revenge campaigns.
  • No unredacted child data, private case screenshots, or named accusations.
  • No token price, exchange, airdrop, or investment-return talk.
  • No legal advice pretending to be counsel; route people to qualified professionals when needed.
  • Private capture, public pattern: individual records stay private; public outputs are anonymized and evidence-backed.

What we'll ask

  • Your email — so a person can reply privately.
  • How you're joining — father, steward, builder, or ally.
  • Which lanes you can carry — pick as many as fit.
  • One short note — what brought you here, and what would actually help.
Ways you can help

Do not paste private child data, legal documents, or named accusations into this form.
