Scope graph

Zoom from global pattern to Croatia, Zagreb, and protected service-area intelligence.

Signal layers

Filter the map one lens at a time. Markers show places our editors chose to watch: where to look, not findings.

Receipts before heat

This is not a ranking, accusation map, or outrage dashboard. Every signal needs sources, dates, confidence labels, and clear limits before it becomes an editorial claim.

Manhood health

Male suicide, longevity, work risk, education, loneliness, addiction, and family formation pressure.

Family justice

Father-child contact, shared parenting law, child-support pressure, paternity rights, and court transparency.

Gender-policy power

Funding, law language, NGO influence, service access, and whether male-inclusive support exists.

Global map of harm, incentives, and repair

Use the global scope as the orientation layer: it shows what belongs in the Observatory, which rails are active, and which claims still need local receipts before publication.

Top signals

Father-child contact loss is a repeated cross-jurisdictional signal, but every local claim must be tied to official process data or source packets.
Male health, education, isolation, and family-formation indicators need to be read together rather than as isolated culture-war anecdotes.
Positive reforms are tracked alongside harms so the product points to repair, not only grievance.

Repair paths

Invite local stewards to add source packets for their country before any city-level dossier expands.
Convert each global harm signal into a paired help/reform route and a receipt request.

Proof questions

Which primary court, ministry, or administrative dataset confirms the contact/case-flow signal?
Can the signal be separated by safe-contact outcomes, enforcement outcomes, and time-to-resolution?

Reporting moves

Attach the governing statute, latest official dashboard, and any audited service-outcome report.
Compare the signal against at least one reform jurisdiction before treating it as a pattern.

What would refute this

Weaken or refute this signal with jurisdiction-specific data showing safe contact, due process, and resolution improving without hidden displacement.
